How to Add a New Page to RightFax When Faxing From Computer

By

Introduction

If you are using RightFax to send faxes from your computer you may find yourself wanting to send multiple pages on the same fax. But how do you do this if the multiple pages are all on different files throughout your computer

Basically, all you have to do is add the file as an attachment to write fax.

Here's how to do it

Step 1

Open the document that you want to fax. Specifically, open the document you'd prefer to be page one (or page 2 if including a cover sheet) of your fax.

Step 2

Select Print and then select your Right Fax 'printer' option and click OK

Step 3

After filling out your usual names, numbers, cover sheet, etc.  Go to the Attachments Tab

Step 4

Along the side of the window the tab window, you'll see a button with a tan folder on it. Click the button with the tan folder.

Step 5

Then navigate to the file you want to attach to your fax. Double click it or single click the file and hit OK

Step 6

The file will appear toward the middle, bottom of the RightFax attachments tab window

You're done!  You have just learned how to add a new page to RightFax when faxing from your computer.

Can you see the finished compliation (all pages) BEFORE sending it? Otherwise, how can you be sure what the fax looks like? Please advise.

Zach! Thanks for your question! Great question. OK, I'm away from my computer at work (which has the RightFax installed) but I think I can help you off the top of my head. If something doesn't work, I'll be back in on Monday and I can try it live and give you better info. On the Main tab Fax Information page click HOLD FOR PREVIEW then send (it won't send just yet). Go into into your FaxUtil mailbox, click on the fax, preview then release it. I give a much clearer explanation (I hope :-) in the link I added above just below STEP 6 called "How To Preview RightFax Fax Before Sending" Check it out! Thanks Again!!
