Introduction - Shrink to Fit a Web Page
It drives me nuts when I can't print a web page on one sheet of paper. It is such a waste. If you are not careful you might wind up printing several pages on you printer just to get the one page you need.
If you are using Internet Explorer 7 and want to shrink a web page so it fits easily on one sheet of paper, you have come to the right place.
There is a simple way to easily and
cleanly print a web page to your computer printer.
Step 1
Open Internet Explorer 7 and navigate to the web page you wish to print out on your printer.
Step 2
Look to the top of Internet Explorer and select File.

Step 3
In the drop down box that appears on your computer monitor select Print Preview.
Step 4
In the preview window that appears on
your computer screen look just above your document. There will be
a box that will allow you to adjust the size of the text you are printing
out. Select - Shrink to Fit.
This will ensure that the information
you wish to print will have the proper print size to fit all on one page.
In the same drop down box, you can also
select from an array of other sizes to reduce or increase the print size.

Then select the printer icon at the top left (or hit alt + P on your computer keyboard) and print out .
